My schedule changes from day shift to night shift every two months, and every time I go back to Day Shift I'm so sad because I can't stop here on my way to work because they aren't open yet! I LOVE this Starbucks! They are fast, friendly, funny, and always have a smile on their faces. On the VERY RARE occasion that your drink isn't perfect they are Amazing at fixing that FAST! I go to lots of Starbucks, but this is my FAVORITE! I know I've reviewed this location once before, but it really just keeps getting Better every time!

This is my home Starbucks and the staff treat me incredibly well. They're fun, chatty and incredibly helpful. I'm really fond of hanging out there for extended periods. Free wifi, like all Starbucks, combined with comfy chairs and a convenient location make this is home-away-from-home. I really do love the staff here.

I've stopped in this Starbucks on a few occasions when heading over to I-95. The service has been courteous, but they always seem to be super busy (at least when I'm there) so the baristas may seem a little short as they don't really have time to chat. Drinks are always made correctly and I have no major complaints. Just be careful when you're walking out the door (across from the counter) as the step down is quite steep and if you're not prepared for it, you may spill hot coffee all over yourself. I have a feeling it may hurt but I can neither confirm or deny I have personal experience with that.

Always very busy. Line moves pretty quick most of the time. Staff is always friendly. Drinks are always perfect. I just wish Starbucks wasn't so expensive!

We've been here only a handful of times. Staff is friendly and decent at making drinks albeit a bit gossipy as they're in their early twenties. Everytime we've been here the drinks have been decent and service is fairly quick. Good place to relax a bit, plenty of parking and the lounge area have a nice mix of seating arrangements. This is decent for the franchise south of Jacksonville.

I stop here on my way to work in the mornings and the drive-thru service is excellent! I used to work at a 5-star Starbucks in another city, and I usually am disappointed by the quality of service I get as a customer but I can honestly say this location is great at customer service. They're quick to handle a long line of cars, great at taking orders through the speaker, even good at making drink recommendations & preparing a relatively complicated custom-order.

This is a place to get your fix, as well as listening to the baristas talk about how much goldshlagger(sp) they have drank, and the benefits of doing so. The conversations that go on here... Really? Oh well, I'm not as stuffy as I sound but I've got stories too, and would be embarrassed to share with the world!
